I’m sharing something very close to my heart, and I feel many of you might truly benefit from it — especially if life has been feeling a bit heavy, fast, or overwhelming lately.
On **6th December**, I’m hosting a **Chakra Harmony Half-Day Retreat (10:00–14:00 hrs)** at LUMI, and I would love to welcome some of you from this group.
This isn’t a regular workshop… it’s a **4-hour healing journey** that blends:
� gentle chakra-based yoga
� a deeply soothing sound bath
� mindful reflection & journaling
� a light vegan brunch + herbal tea
� and a soft space to simply *breathe* again

We’ll explore the 7 chakras in a very simple, relatable way — through real-life emotions, everyday stress patterns, and how our energy gets blocked without us even realizing it.
And then we gently release those blocks through movement, breath, sound, and stillness.
In the middle of busy schedules, responsibilities, and constant pressure, we rarely give ourselves this kind of time and care.
